About The Indiana Kidney Institute
The Indiana Kidney Institute is a division of our practice that is dedicated specifically to interventional procedures to maintain dialysis access and IV infusions.
We have three interventional nephrologists that help our patients maintain a viable access for their dialysis treatments.
The outpatient procedures they perform include fistulograms, angioplasty, stent placement and placement of dialysis catheters. These procedures are performed under conscious sedation – which enables patients to remain awake, yet relaxed and comfortable. We also operate an IV iron infusion suite for our patients who have anemia due to their kidney disease.
